Human degradation & AI

Some say is a strong correlation even before we can see 1% of effects and as AI is in its infancy. While its true that anima is lacking and it might forever be, as the AI can’t have ‘a soul’ and neither cognitive abilities as we know them; in a nutshell we have a ‘large amount of data’ condensed stats that by law of averages or probability can make ‘a decision’ nothing more...

... on the other hand, the sheer amount of this data, the brutal force exerted by such vast knowledge in any field, ability to perform without stress or duress and lacking the usual factors [human error, mistakes, distractions, tiredness etc] modalities and variables it can adapt at speeds that our brain is incapable to perceive; can make this a real & serious threat to our species, evolution and our future.

In this article, I will focus on how AI is affecting the human brain and why it is potentially bad for us. While computers do not have emotions, they do seem to develop their own intelligence. Humans are beginning to rely on computers more than ever before and people are asking what will it all mean for the human race. It is possible that our brains will atrophy if we rely on it too much, but at the same time we might lose brilliant minds who would be capable of doing incredible things if only they were given a chance.

Artificial intelligence has been around for a while, but in the last few years, it seems to have become a much bigger player in our lives. As more and more people begin to rely on computers for everything from remembering passwords to writing college essays, it may be time to ask ourselves whether this artificial intelligence is good or bad for our brains.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already made huge advancements in the fields of medicine, biology and engineering. It’s also set to change education and business as we know it. For example, AI is already being used to solve basic problems that have plagued humanity for centuries. As for what AI means for us as human beings, research shows that this new field will help improve our brain health, but ultimately make our brains less human through increased reliance on computers.

I think it's a bad thing because it will take jobs away from the human race and leave humans with nothing to do, we could go back to how things were before all this sophisticated equipment came out. We would have to hunt for food and grow our own vegetables, possibly having warfare over resources just like old times. Artificial intelligence is a computer program that takes on some of the things that humans can do. When we let computers do our work for us, it had some negative effects on our brains and emotions. The main problem is the lack of challenge in our lives.

How does AI affect our brains? Is this bad or good? The answer is yes and no, both. One thing is certain: humans are becoming increasingly dependent on computers and artificial intelligence. That can be a good thing—at least in theory. After all, our brain is still the most complex object in the known universe. But it’s also possible that computers will one day be smarter than us. There are so many ways AI affects us today— but we still have not worked out how we can get out of its way to create a better future for all of humankind; without the bad side effects.

The human brain and artificial intelligence are so complex that it is difficult to determine how the two interact. Both of them can be used to help us or hurt us, and unfortunately we tend towards thinking less when we use computers. Technology often proves to be a double-edged sword, but despite the potential dangers of artificial intelligence, scientists think it could have positive benefits as well.
